These exercises reflect almost twenty years of teaching experience in Pilates and yoga studios, as well as gym weight rooms. Fundamental movement - practiced diligently - is as essential to healthy living as a nutritious diet and restful sleep.

At age 31, I was told to consider a total hip replacement. Today, I can move through my day with ease. Hopefully, you find practicing these exercises equally rewarding.
